    A punishment for spam could be implemented, a mute, and another one for false reports, which would be a kick. But I see where you are coming from, a lot of people hackusate everywhere, so you would be bombarded with these reports.

    I'm pretty sure /gmsg is only for /friends, not /staff

    What if the staff member is being spammed or the user doesn't know the /staff command /report would alert all staff about it.

    If the user doesn't know, then simply tell them. They will most likely ask.
