Report plot breaking (Creative)

Hey, This is a plot i found, that someone took away the surrounding blocks of the plot, Wondering if u can fix it? Yea sorry, or we would like a mod to come on. An me an my friends found it, Just wondering, ok An wondering if the person could or not get banned for it, idk.

But what I notice is that the ones in the plot they're in seems to have been BROKEN. Not moved.

 

I think this is a major concern.
The plot next to my plot is badly griefed, as a week ago it looked perfect.
That's why I'm on creative loads now, just to watch for any more griefers.
