that removes the "pvp" from "oppvp", everyone gets it for free and its cancer to play against having punch bows and such a short pearl cool down is already enough do deal with. Why can randoms walk over to me and ruin my time with a kb30 lol. what use does that have that a punch bow doesn't do better. more than 90% of the people who use kb dont actually pvp, they are just annoyin and smack you 30blocks away from a fight you were just in. if you disagree and actually ENJOY kb30 you better have a good reason. everyone who I have asked besides some retard who only kills nakeds (you know who u are) doesnt enjoy it being in the game

keeping a retarded gimmick in the game because "its cool with friends" doesnt make sense. that can be applied for about 10% of the people who actually use it for that reason. 90% of the people who use it are doing it do be annoying asf. everyone who actually pvps on op pvp hates kb and it ruins the whole point of the server. if you get a kb30 its near impossible to be killed which removes all risk from jumping off spawn.
There's been quite a few posts about this already. I feel like having kb sticks in pvp just shouldn't be the case. I have actually used a kb stick but on people for fun, not on purpose to ruin fights or anything like that. I just feel like there should be either some sort of limitation(s) towards kb sticks or have them removed completely. They are very annoying when fighting and there's a lot of trolls out there using them on the daily. Support.
Support, although they can be pretty fun to use on friends they are extremely annoying. They're normally spammed by trolls and players who think its fun to use in actual PvP.
Support. I also have made a suggestion to remove kb from axes, but I however have different reasoning. Sure kb sticks can get annoying to be hit with, but when you really think about it, it doesn't happen too often with an intent to troll. On mineverse, there is this certain dynamic in place where no ranks get targeted for easy kills, so having kb sticks for no ranks to use to knock certain players away I think is perfectly fine, but when you put kb on axes, a weapon that for many is their weapon of choice or just simply have more fun using them, then I think you are crossing the line. I think that if axes were to have their sharpness increased and kb removed so that it can be a viable option to go up against the mighty s40 sword, then this would offer another great weapon to grind for, giving players an incentive to play. Additionally, it would also (hopefully) make the server more successful as it would appeal to a larger player base, giving players the option to use axes and be successful when doing so.
Support, if you want kB just add it too something from the shop. It would be harder for randoms to get it rather than picking it up off the ground.
Another option would be to make them all hoes with 5% health so you can use them for a few hits to get your enemy away while you gap but they break before you get a chance to spam them.
No support. Although I hate the people who just spam them I don't think they should be removed. They've always been here and I feel they always should. Without the kb30 spammers it'll feel a little less like Mineverse.
Keeping kb30s because it'll feel “less like mineverse if its gone” isn't a good argument. kb10 sticks are dumb while we already have pearls and punch bows, kb30 is useless and just plain annoying. Removing kb sticks will force ppl to buy kb from the shop.
It is a good argument. What exactly isn't "good" to stop the server losing its identity? You're just salty you're good enough to kill kb stick spammers.
