REFUND!

I want a refund I am banned of the game mode that I play on, I am god rank and I don't go on the server anymore, when I bought the rank it never said "no refunds" so give me now!

When you purchase a rank you're always brought to the Checkout screen. If you need a reminder then this is what it looks like:


If you look carefully underneath ''Redeem coupons'' you'll see a check box and some text stating: ''I agree to the terms and conditions of this purchase''. This check box has to be clicked on in order to complete your transfer.

If you click on it you'll immediately read the following:
1) All sales are final and non refundable, you may not buyback, stop, credit the server by any means necessary in order to receive your funds back that of which have been paid. And in doing so we reserve the right to disallow your continued play on the server/forums and not allow further funds to be added or taken away. We reserve the right to pursue any legal or collection action necessary to recover damages in the event of a forced charge-back.

Plead read it carefully. The first sentence actually explains that your first statement is wrong. And the rest simply elaborates and explains the consequences if you do attempt to forcefully charge-back.

If you are banned then file an appeal or wait out your punishment. And if you don't play anymore then sell your Minecraft account or something.

 

Keep in mind that it's named a donation.

 

As Ares said once you buy a rank it is non refundable
