    Hi I purchased a premium rank a month ago I changed my name on march 06 and now I don't have it anymore. Can you please help me get it back. My old ign was dontrunfrommekid and is now itakekids.

    Include a list of servers you are missing your rank in.
    Your ign, including the ign you used when the donation was made.
    The purchaser details used to make the donation or any proof of the donation.


    If you don't hear back in 2 or 3 days, just resend the email.
