That sucks sorry about that but there was a big warning sign that said that you can't get your rank back after the sign is clicked.
No, you cannot. The warning was right in front of you, yet you seem to click the sign again. Even if you did have any proof, Cypriot nor will anyone retrieve your rank. In conclusion, this is your fault. Hopefully you learnt a lesson from this experience.
