The person buying the rank cannot buy anymore due to opening too many chargebacks; the only way to fix this would be to pay back the chargebacks which I'm assuming is very unlikely.

You're probably better off finding someone else to upgrade you.

 

So he has a negative balance as he didn't repay the chargebacks? So he basically has negative $?

I had this issue on a few servers I worked on with players trying to upgrade people yet they had a couple of chargeback incidents. Sadly it looks as if your friend is unable to upgrade you. I do not know if you can repay chargebacks, I will look into that for you.

 

Just give the money to @Andrewswj and let him pay!

Well... I just used my dads PayPal, and payed him back.

 

What's a charge back though? Sorry, I have no idea what this stuff means.

 

I'm not too sure, but I think you have negative balance in your debit card, so means you have to "get more money in your debit card" so you no longer have a negative balance.

 

charge back= asking for a refund.
