My rank is glitched 2 way

1.I was originally rank N but after this glitch/reset i dont even know

2.It says i'm rank E,H and J

Plz help and fix!

That is quite unusual, I'd just email the owners and wait for a response.

 

I've never really heard of this happening, but you best shot is to do what the other players said above me, and email [email protected] with your issue.
