Quit Mod Hate

So, I've noticed in a lot of threads on here people tend to hate on mods, the thing is it shouldn't happen.

Moderators are doing the best they can for the server, the best they can do.
If they make a mistake it's fine, everyone does
They can't magically ban every hacker on the server at once

I for one, Think the mods we have are amazing



So in all, just quit hating on staff in general, They do the best they can. So moderators, thank you!

I mostly agree about the mod part, but even they can lose maturity and become unprofessional. I suppose it's just human nature, but... You can see why some people get mad.

As for the owners part, there isnt much noticeable that is being done regarding the server. As for the 'milking for cash', i'm on the fence. The most consecutive updates we received from Cypriot were when the server was EULA non-compliant... Not bringing in money many people may see it like.

Also, have you seen how much time Cyp spends on Steam games? How much money he's put into his PC? Didn't think so ;/

tbh yes we should give more appreciation to the mods, they do a sh** ton of work for this server whether we see it or not, and they get nothing in return besides hate from a community who is never satisfied with them. yes they make mistakes sometimes but u gotta understand they are volunteering their time for this, lol. It's not a job.

Of course the server is being milked for money... it's a business. You really think our owners who are 20+ would really care about a block game if it weren't putting money in their pockets? My wager is no.

The mods are also horrible, but it's because the questionable vetting process this server fails to amend. In addition, our lead staff members fail to enforce strict guidelines on the mods who appear to have boundless freedom to do as they please. So it goes without saying that our mods will be incompetent and puerile unless structural changes are made within the staff team.

And staff brown nosers, even staff, please don't get triggered just because you disagree. I have done nothing worthy of punishment or reproach.

Sure, appreciation towards those whom give up their time to help isn't a bad thing, but sucking on their booty isn't the way forward.

The moderators here are not good, nor are they bad. They do what they can with what they have. They provide their service free of charge, therefore don't have to do an outstanding job. They aren't gaining anything apart from a large ego - we were all like this.

Unfortunately, due to the lack of players the server is receiving now, it's not really worth trying your hardest anymore. Personally, I believe with the way things are going now, the server will barely last into 2018 without major changes. Sucks to say, but it's the truth.
