Hey, So I was just wondering if the server has been experiencing some issues over the last day or two. Every time I try to log on, I get an error message: "Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException." I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this and if this is happening to a lot of people? I have tried logging on from different computers in my house and it still doesn't work. Also, I can log onto other servers with no problems. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks
Thanks for the heads up sando, don't really see how that was hacking but whatever. Also, it would have said that I was banned for hacking, but it doesn't. I did a little "research" and saw that the error message means that I am stuck on a corrupted block.... so? lol
It's an error that occurs quite often if you use another button to sprint in stead of double clicking W. (It might still happen when double clicking W, but not as often) I am also banned so :> derp
Thanks Sando. I honestly don't want to deal with bans in this thread though (I'm in talks with a mod abt the ban because I honestly don't know what I did lol. From now on, I'm just going to be recording every game that I play so that I can counter any evidence against me and because the constant weird bans or fake evidence is getting on my nerves), but I want to focus on the error message that I am getting when I try to log on. Does anyone else have an ideas?
I think it's just because you're lobby banned (because the offense took place on Minigames) and therefore you can't join the server and up being times out.
Alright, thanks for the help guys. Ill probably just pm a mod or see if waiting another day or two will help. Thanks! O wait one last thing, how can I see how long I was banned for + how much time I have left? That would be helpful lol
I also got banned but i record all my games so I can actually do a ban appeal everytime but my fps drops sooo ur banned for 3 days starting from the day u were banned Honestly it should have been lack of evidence because sometimes when u fall u have like 3 hearts left so the fireworks actually comes out because u died before finishing the falling thing
When you're unbanned, and this keeps happening, you're probably timing out. I'd suggest restarting your Minecraft and maybe even your computer. ;p
Ok, thanks for the help. I'm going to start recording my games too because I'm using the notoriously glitchy 1.9.4 (because I play on other servers that require it for eggwars and stuff) and I think it makes me look like a hacker to other players. Seems like a necessity to record my games now.
I know you used to hack but I heard from Cornmuncher123 u only hacked because u got annoyed of hackers xD but he said u stopped hacking and i watched the video like a lot of times and i don't see any hacks on it honestly
Lol thanks. That is the truth, despite what some people currently think. I stopped hacking primarily because of two reasons: my computer (which is sort of old) crashes once in a while when I am using a hacked client which is obviously super annoying, and also because I was banned like twice for it once mods started doing bans on bedwars. Although a lot of people still hack, but I can usually make up for it with my experience w/ bedwars and bow skills lol.
Ya sadly the mods can be very inconsistent when it comes to banning people. I guess in some way Swift's video could raise suspicious for hacks (very unlikely based off of the evidence and therefore it should have been insufficient evidence). Sadly, I have spoken to several head mods and they told me to just "deal with it" - referring to the inconsistencies. I recorded some kid with antifall twice IN THE SAME GAME and the mod said it was insufficient evidence, but stuff like Swift's video gets me banned... Oh well xD
Banned a couple of times? You are actually currently banned for hacking. I wouldn't suggest getting more hacking violations........
