Problem with upgrading

    • My exact in game name is: Gvgnvhgbhbhh
    • My purchased rank is/was: VIP
    • My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: I got VIP about a year ago and now when i want to upgrade to MVP it says I have to buy VIP again and I don't know why its telling me to re buy it pleas help if you can thank u.
    • Evidence ie: screenshots and/or any helpful information: In the screenshot u can see that im VIP. Also u can go to the website were u buy ranks and put my name in and do upgrade from VIP to MVP and it says I cant upgrade so pleas help if you can thank you. 2017-03-28_18.57.18.png
