|Private Messages| Add /sounds

So I find the sounds when someone pm you pretty annoying. It's useful but I think it can be disabled. Like in other servers (not stating), there is /sounds so they won't hear the sounds from the pm. Tell me what you think!

 

I personally love the sounds for /m, especially when I'm alt-tabbed out of game and someone is trying to get my attention.

I will support the option to toggle the sound though
