Prestige Promblems[resolved]

Sooo I have 122 levels ( a long time of hard work and voting) but it won't let me rank up to prestige 1, which you need 120 levels for. I have the amount of levels, it's just not letting me. Help?

Try typing /suicide while being a zombie then prestiging. Sometimes that fixes it.

 

/prestige rankup

 

it just killed 20 levels

 

Did you get those from voting?
If so, if you weren't in-game while voting, that's why you lost the levels.

well this is because you were not online when you did over 1 vote so this means it will give you the levels but when you die you go back to what you had before you voted all those glitched times
