Plot Issue

    Hi! My name is Iva (In game is ItsIva) and I changed my name a while ago, causing some plot issues. I can build and break on it, but it says it isn't mine, so I'm not able to add or remove people to and from it. Could you please fix this? Thanks!

    Stand on your plot and type in ./plotme dispose (this will not delete your plot). After that type in ./plotme claim and there you go! :)

    It says that, since it's not my plot, I'm not allowed to dispose it.

    If u changed your name u cannot do anything at all on your plot.
    Ur gonna have to either change your name back or not add or remove any1

    The best thing to do is email the mineverse support and ask if they can delete the plot then u must build everything all over again.

    I'm sorry to say that moderators cannot help fix your plot because we don't have the permissions to claim other plots for people. But if you wish for your plot to be fixed send an email to [email protected] where an admin can see your request providing the following things
    • Problem With Your Plot
    • Your Old IGN
    • Your New IGN
    • The Plot ID (Located on a Sign on the Front Right Corner of your Plot)
    • Valid Proof of You Owning Your Old IGN (Using https://namemc.com/ is the Easiest)
    If your problem isn't fixed within a few days after sending the email try sending another one but please do not spam the email. If not after that then try sending one every few days.
