Permission?

I know it's against the rules for personal information to be given to others, but could I have permission to accept some addresses from certain mods? I want to send them something in the mail.

 

Umm, couldn't you PM them or email them? It's quicker and safer..

Um, I don't think that should be allowed. And I don't know why a mod would give you their address, especially with how vague you're being by saying "I want to send them something in the mail". Who knows what you could send.

 

The personal information rule that you're afraid of breaking means that you cannot release the information of another person. If someone willingly gives their own information out then it's fine.

However, you're asking for addresses and I'm not sure any mod would agree to give you them if you weren't close to them.

This isn't just about Mineverse rules. People won't give their address to strangers (No offense) because that would put them and their family at risk.
