Parkour Help

I finished the parkour for XII and I am not able to advance from XI to XII
Any help?

 

Is the sign not working?

 

I clicked the sign multiple times and my rank isn't moved up.

 

Relog, you will stay in the same spot!

 

Signs are broken right now. No one can rank up. Losing a lot of people on parkour because of this.

 

I was able to rank up from IV to XI today, now I am not able to again.

 

Yeah, it's super buggy.
I believe that you can only rank up from some courses, though I'm not 100% sure since I don't really want to reset from completed to find I can't rankup again.

It's been like this for a good week. I've asked Tanner in game before. He later came on the parkour gamemode and said it was working fine for him then left.

 

I am trying to get to XII not XI.

 

Did you even read the thread I linked?
btw XI is before XII. In order to go to XII you need to complete XI

So all other signs work or is it just that one? Any others that don't work? :/

 

I had a probled with the rank up to IV sign but it was fixed, now I can't use the rankup sign to get to XII

 

XII is broken from what I heard
