Get the thorns off Mineverse. 1) People who use thorns break armor so fast and they are barely even hitting you. 2) People with more experience and skill, cannot really play well with others using thorns because they cannot get comboes. 3) Thorns are so cheap at the shop meaning a new player can pick up a sword with thorns. Suggestions: 1) Totally remove thorns from Mineverse OPPVP. OR 2) Make thorns very expensive in shop ($150-$200) and make it so you cannot repair swords with thorns in them. OR 3) Make it so you can only add thorns to your armor and not sword so when armor breaks the thorns break with it too. OR 4) Leave it be and watch experienced players who are a major role in the community leave because OPPVP was such a great way to meet new players and test your PVP skills, but now it's turn into a 1:1 hit PVP server. This is my opinion along with many others and please don't hate if you disagree. Reply if you have more suggestions and i'll add them into my list ;) Peace
Thanks for your reply, but do you know what thorns are in the first place? IT takes forever to kill someone becuase their thorns knock you back when they are just standing there...
It's called OP PVP, for the reason of it being hard to kill people. Find a diff way of attack or something.
Diff way to kill people? Like what? Its called oppvp because of the op gear and op sword. Thorns is just plain annoying
well to easily kill thorns all u have to do is strafe, and well u probably don't know how so here is a tip 1. if u have windows do windows key+r and type %appdata% then right click .minecraft and press delete 2. Good Job if u completed the tutorial on how to strafe
Having thorns on your sword is like having it on armor.. Sword takes a long time to break with unbreaking V so you will have a thorns V sword for a long time.
