[OP PvP] Bounty Plugin

As you can see there is a bounty Plugin on ArcherPvp, well would it be nice to have it on Op pvp as well so you can set a bounty on the ones you hate or on your friends as a prank. There are many people that say "Bounty on [player] for $1000 but if you go and kill them, you will get nothing because they won't know that player is dead or they just weren't gonna pay at all. So this is a suggest to add the bounty plugin to OP PvP as a gift for the ones that need it .
