Not getting upgrade!

Hi, I bought an upgrade from sponsor to vip and it still hasn't come yet and the money has been taken out of my bank and it's been way past 5 minutes and if any mods are hear can you please help me because I have no idea what's going on.

 

It can take up to 24 hours for your Transaction to take place. Or if so, with evidence, Contact [email protected] with your Sufficent Evidence and they will take you from there.

 

Ok, I sent an email including the receipt number that gives evidence i bought it.

 

Good. But atm, the owners are really busy. So you might be better off tagging a Moderator to tag the Owners to this thread. after a complete 24 hours has passed since the Purchase was brought.

As Zulfqar said, sometimes it may take a while to go through to your account. You said that you have sent an email to the support email, that's good. If you don't hear back from them soon, I will try and notify Cyp for you to help get this fixed.

@Alexa It's been 24 hours and I still have no upgrade and I emailed mineverse and still no response please help.

 

I sometimes wait 2-3 days before hearing back, but just in case.

• Proof that you bought the upgrade. (I.e the recipes number or screenshot of the email)
• In-game name
