No Pigmen spawning

Hello, me and my friend builded 23 x 23 portals on Factions. Like 10 times to make a pigmen farm. But no pigmens are spawning. It there any clue??

 

It could be that the enitity limit has been reached

 

Could you come to TS i'm in Support and show because i don't think it's reached

 

I'm pretty sure pigmen don't spawn from portals in the Overworld. That might be why.

 

There is no limit, your pigman farm is way too small for starters, also they cannot be claimed.

 

what do you mean with they can not be claimed?

 

In my Faction i made 10 portals 23 x 23. And not any pigmen spawned

 

Has this issue been resolved?

 

The more portals you have the higher the chance of pigmen spawning. The size of the portal doesn't even matter that much.

 

Try somewhere else.

 

At least I know how this works within the Prison game mode. If you have a grinder and you have the area claimed by your faction that the grinder is in, nothing will spawn within that claim. Im not sure if you can toggled mobs on/off within a claim, so that might be something you could look in to. Good luck!
