Since we have sadly lost Pile, should we promote a new Staff Manager?

@Pile will be missed. however, it seems like a good idea to promote either @kinsey_kid or one of the senior moderators. i think @Janice999 would be a good one. ( ;
plus, she has been senior mod the longest im pretty sure.

I think it is valid for people to have concerns.

The mineverse staff team is small as it is. Without staff online on game modes which typically would require more supervision.
The server requires a lot of fixes and there are issues that need resolving consistently. The staff team itself needs good leadership.

Pile provided all of what the team needed. Someone who was familiar with the staff enough to gain their respect, could initiate fixes, stood up for the team, and worked hard.

So it isn't unusual for anyone who knows the impact Pile made to be worried with who would take her spot.

No offense to Kinsey, but he is growing up, hes going to eventually move on. He isn't as active. Then what? You need someone who is incredibly in tune with the team and their needs, active and motivated, respected and mature to fill the gap.

I am sure Bman and Matt are capable admins. All that is left to do is to find someone to be that staff manager.
