On some weekends i can be on until 1:00am, meaning there will be at least one moderator on at all times. I have never been banned from ANY server and i am well trusted among many players that know me. Try adding more info to "Why you should become a mod". Organize the whole app in a more professional manner. And try adding colour to it to make it look lively.
