That's absolutely normal. When you click, you try to keep your finger as close to the mouse so you can click faster (my opinions xD)

i'm not agro, i zoomed in on my clicking in a video i would gladly show you! my finger rests on the mouse and gets like 9-10 cps! i'll upload and unlist it for you if you'd like

 

ask anyone, @Legalized youre a good pvper! you know i'm not agro, and since we both potpvp you would know! when you jitter while the finger is resting it barely looks like it's moving, correct?!
