I think we should add 2-4 more websites to vote on for Mineverse! Also if it looks to OP (ex. $25 for 1 vote/ 4 more votes also would be $125). You can decrease the given amount to $10, but if someone voted on all the sites, they would get $50 on KitPvP instead of $25. This will also encourage voting and the top voters of the month should just be one of the sites randomly.
No support. Because well on Infection you get three levels for voting each day. But if u can vote on 2-4 websites each day you can level up really fast without even getting kills which I think makes the game to easy.
It would kinda make the system a bit too complicated.. Plus, I think how a lot of serves do it is that everyday you can vote for like 1 server tone your fav or something and that how its popularity goes up, each server lures players to do so by giving them a reward for doing so. I doubt that the official server ranking website I forget it's name would agree with that. Of corse you can make some more voting things of your own but that will decrease the rates of voting on the main one which I doubt mv would want.. No support
Also it will make leveling up almost 2x faster which would really piss of voters that got to p10 before the update by only getting 3 lvls every vote unless there lucky, that and it will increase the chances of getting a lucky 15 or 100 or something like that since you get to vote more often..
If you just add 1 site and change it to total 4 levels, which is only one higher than the original 3.
Actually, I do support this suggestion. Sure, it may cost money to advertise (some places), but, if you look at it one way, more advertisements creates a larger potential player base, which allows for a larger donation set. To those complaining about it being 'OP' for certain game-modes, They can easily set certain voting sites up so you don't get a reward from all of them. Of course, people would like some type of reward from voting, so they can simply decrease voting rewards per server. Example: Infection is currently three levels per vote. Say we add 2 more voting sites, that's at least nine levels per day. They can make that, let's say, 2 levels per vote. Again, full support.
What @Mega_ said, I believe in the EULA, voting for servers are not allowed, so having more voting websites would be more disastrous.
I'm pretty sure voting for rewards isn't against the EULA. Since everyone can vote and receive those rewards, there is no unfair balance between members and donators. Something like selling infection levels for money would be against EULA. Neutral, they just have to decrease the amount of items/money/levels you get when voting.
I checked the EULA again, and saw nothing about voting. ty ;p -=-=-=- Support, this would get more players to vote for the server, therefore getting MV higher in the top servers list. We would of course have to decrease the amount of rewards you get in some gamemodes, like Infection, but not to the point where the rewards are the same as now, or even less. That way, you get a bit more of the reward than originally.
Another server I play with is one of the main ones targeted by mojang got an email saying they're going to get blacklisted again unless they remove voting for I game rewards.
