What's your plan on this? What's gonna happen?

If people are unfamiliar with this Mojang basically doesn't want server owners selling items/advantages that give advantages to other players. What's gonna happen to MV?

 

I think that they are working on it if they have to.

This server right now is completely pay2win so things need to change..

 

From what I've heard, this Eula thing doesn't matter yet. As long as they keep the name "donating to the server". Because people can continue to donate to the server, Mojang doesn't mind that, and Cypriot can continue providing items for people. Cypriot can choose if he wants to give people kits and items. Not violating anything as far as I'm concerned

 

Multiple servers are already blacklisted in the 1.9.3 pre-release due to being pay2win. Who knows if Cypriot got emailed

 

Ah... Okay then... Don't really know anymore. Guess we can just sit and pray that mine verse isn't going to go away.

I would think Crew would get the email, as he is the owner, and Cyp is the co-owner.

Yeah, probably. But if it were for sky lock, then it be Cyp as no crew never checks skyblock. I think Noobcrew manages mine verse and Cypriot manages skyblock

If Mineverse is blacklisted 1.9.2 and below should be good unless they rollback it for old versions.
I'm sure Mineverse Admins will fix the server to follow the EULA

 

That'd be hard. There are so many VIPs, donors, etc.

Simple answer: No. We "donated" to the server, therefore according to the ToS, we don't get refunded. Anyhow, we also won't lose our ranks. People who have already got them won't lose them, it's just for future deeds.

 

Is Skyblock.net/org pay2win?

 

If Mojang actually were to care about the EULA, wouldn’t they have enforced it like they said they would months ago?
