I suggest that Cyp should get more moderators from Asia or at least a timezone opposite of the US because there are a lot of american moderators now, or at least a 1 hour difference to eachother, I noticed that most moderators are offline every single time I get online, now I'm not asking the moderators to stay online longer I'm just suggesting we should have more moderators on that time.
(My timezone is UTC+8:00 just so you know)
But I think we only need a couple because there are only about 100 or so people online on my time.
And just so you know, I do /staff whenever I enter mineverse, been doing this for a week now and thats why I decided to make this thread.

Lately the mods I have seen that are active my time is @Quertiss but he gets offline after 1-2 hours (based when I get online)

Not saying you should only get mods that are in my timezone, maybe somewhere near my time.
I think @Andrewswj has the same timezone as me.

note: this is only a suggestion.

Support, if it helps, so be it.

But when it comes to it Pile/Kinsey recommend staff then Cypriot has final say (or at least how it was when I got mod) So it really depends on the person. They're not gonna just hand it out to someone with a particular timezone.

If you think you would be a good appliant then apply. But make sure you are a GOOD applicant, just applying doesn't mean you'll get the tole, you need to be actively helping the server both on the forums and in game by doing reports.

We would love to promote more applicants from these timezones but the applicants we have got don't seem quiet ready yet.

Why thank you I am the best thats why Im an Aussie mod.

Also we don't "Hire" mods. Like Kinsey said you can apply If you think you'd be good but we aren't just gonna Accept people that are from Australia because of that. We look for many skills that people have and If they'd make It to be a great staff member.

I'd consider applying, but I need to work on my activity and reports. So that's why I'm not currently applying.

I'd re-consider opening mine again, but I just have no mouse as of now, and I would probably like to take a week "off" just hanging out with irl friends :P
@Nubxy Yes, I do have the same timezone as you, even though you live in Philippines and I in Singapore. For this timezone that we share, it really can sometimes be shared with many areas, such as Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia (one tiny bit of Australia, which @Auzzi is in)

It'd be good to get maybe one more AUS/Asia timezone Moderator (in my opinion, but of course I do not have any say in this). But since this is a "Suggestion" thread, I don't think we can do anything about it. Kinsey and Pile are always looking out for the team and how to improve it, and I'm pretty sure they know what they are looking for, so I don't really see the point in this thread, if your suggestion is to increase AUS/Asia Moderators.

Currently, there aren't that many Asian/Australian Moderators who are "up for grabs" though, but Cyp can't just promote anyone.

When I was mod, I always used to get on pretty late, and nobody was there.

How is he supposed to just "get" Asian moderators? I'm sure if they're good candidates he will promote them, but how on earth can he affect where they are from?

They're always looking out for good candidates, if they don't see good ones, they won't promote. It's for the better.
