So in the parkour server some levels have been destroyed signs missing blocks missing so its impossible for someone to complete. No support. Your lack of observational skills shows how lazy you are, and how unfit you are for the job.
For dramatic effect, yes its needed. If he wanted mod he would have at least checked other moderator applications first, or even see if there was a template for him to follow. Instead he rushed to make it, meaning he has no interest in actually applying.
Of course no support, you didn't use the format and the application needs alot more details. Also if you're trying to get Moderator just to fix some holes and missing signs, then I don't think that you'll get accepted.
