    Why do you think you should become a mod?I use to hack before i got banned and i know most of the people who still hacks
    How long can you be active on the server everyday?4-5 hours

    Do you have any past experience as a moderator? yes in a other server i was the head mod

    Why did you specify Turkey?
    How do we know you will not hack again?
    Go into detail as to the circumstances of this ban? As well as why you should still become Moderator even though you were banned.
    Can you give us any more information about this server? How many people played it? How many staff there were?
    No, you don't

    On top of this, you left out the "What languages do you speak?" question on the template.

    As well,
    • Never seen you in game, not calling you inactive due to our timezone differences, but I would like to see if you are helpful and kind in game.
    • Add more detail, this application is lacking the detail that it takes to thoroughly explain how you would benefit the server.
    • Meet the requirements
    • Make more reports
    • Become more knowledgeable
    If you work on these things, I'm sure I, along with the others who no-supporting you will reconsider and quite possibly support you.
