Mod Application (Member+)

Hello everyone, Levis again with another thread about Mod Applications.
As the most of you already knows, is that people join the forums to make an Application, ok, glad they join, but it's pretty annoying that "New Member", with no MV-Experience, only joins to make an Application.
Me and @Snowy were talking about that in an conversation, and I decided to make a thread about it, well, here is it. I hope you all enjoy!
Note: This is a little guide for a Mod App.

-When can you apply?
When you are Member, because alot of people comes to the forums only to apply, even when they know they wont get accepted.
-How to apply?
Using the right template, then fill it out with enough detail.

-How to get accepted/supported?
Make sure you're friendly within the whole community and do not talk trash in your Moderator Application, don't rage out when someone no-supports you, there is always an second, third time.

This looks helpful, but I don't get why this is half suggestion and half guide..

 

There are things I like and dislike about this. Some experienced mineverse players may make their forum account to appeal too. I don't think it would be fair to make them wait. It isnt hard to get member but I think they deserve the chance too.

Also those who just join to create apps most likely won't be accepted and their apps usually die. So it shouldn't matter if they are allowed to make an app.

Another thing is the member system is based on trophy points. You are not put in a special group every time you "rank up". So restricting apps to member + would be a written rule.

I think only members+ should be allowed to apply, because it's really frustrating seeing the moderator applications section filled with apps from new members with no experience and activity. Unless, the new member is actually some experienced member who just forgot his/her password on their account

Then logically they wont be promoted until they can prove themselves Im sure the head mods and Cyp don't make terrible choices with users who are not capable or cannot be taught.

1. I have played mine verse for about 8 months now I think its totally unfair because if people like me played for a while and just joined forums does mean they don't have any experience.
