Grammar errors, attitude problems, application looks not really genuine in the sense that everyone can write that kind of Mod App, you are a new member on the forums and I think you should familiarise yourself with details about the forums, put more elaboration on Why you think you should become a Mod, try to reduce the contractions there.

If you're too busy on other servers, you obviously don't care enough about Mineverse to make a proper well-written Moderator application, than you won't have time for it as a Moderator.
Speaking from experience - Mineverse Moderating requires your 100% attention from the moment you log in, to the moment you log out.
You're constantly either monitoring chat, or monitoring the forums, and if you slip up, it will be held against you. Don't think it won't.
For someone who just joined today - You need to familiarize yourself with the mechanics that Mineverse operates by, and how the community is.
Get known and make a name for yourself. You will not get Moderator until you can prove yourself worthy ingame, and out of game.
