I'm only going to support KitPvP and Skywars, since I don't play any other gamemodes other than KitPvP and skywars.
You spelt Barack wrong.. xD SUPPORT %110 on Creative, the rest I don't play so I can't really support on them. I think the suggestions for creative would help it BIG TIME and it would hopefully lessen the spam and the lag on it.

I think that's an ok suggestion. The only downside to your suggestion, is that not all players read the books. I see alot of players that just run into PvP and die. It could be useless, and it good be helpful. Personally I think that there could be a whole new warp name /warp Help specifically for people that would like some help getting used to the Prison server.
People have spent countless hours on Kitpvp if Titans get a bigger cool down and gods things will start getting better

There is so much talk about if kitpvp should be reset or not. A lot of people are saying to reset it completely, which is not going to happen cause every good kit player that has been there for 1-2 years is going to quit and Noobcrew already decided he's not going to reset. A lot of people are saying completely change the map or expand the current map. There is a huge number of people who like the current map just because they know everywhere in it but there is another group of people who just got bored of the map and just completely want a new one. I personally would just like an expansion of the current map, but thats just my opinion.
No Support, I think it's fine as it is, Those who have donated Titan has, like donated $250, So did you not? Mineverse is Mineverse, And the server is the best as it is, and will always be, If you change kits you can count on that many someone leaving the server gone, Perhaps I am.
You do know how OP kit titan is, right? I have my main account and an alt's Echests full of P4 armor. P4 is worthless now. Back when admin was the highest rank, p4 would sell for $100-$150 and somtimes even $200. But now, completely worthless, no one buys it anymore. Might as well rename kitpvp to OpPvP, since everyone has p4.
OpPvP is more OP and KitPvP is also more OP , So KitPvP can't be OpPvP right? Its a worthless idea to reset. Dont be stupid
