Mineverse 'Weekly Update' team

Due to frequent request for people to assist with the weekly update, I have now started recruiting members to assist me with the update, in order to improve the quality and frequency.

I am currently entering my 'hardest' year in highschool, and I have started to dedicate most of my time to my piano, so I probably won't be able to do these weekly anymore. For that reason, I would like to start recruiting those who'd like to publish the weekly update with me!

Once accepted you will be invited to the team chat on skype and the discord.
You will also be included in the credits of each weekly update.

Requirements:​

• Able to collect news and contribute information to the team

• Have a teamspeak/discord (optional, but reccomended)
• Have been a member of Forums for at least 6 months
• Have the availability to post the thread in my steed, when I am busy

Why do you want to do Weekly Update? (Minimum 2 sentences): I have actually always wanted to do this. The first time I saw you do the update was cool and I thought it was a good idea. I would like to be a part of it because it is just an interesting idea that I would like to contribute to.

Why do you want to do Weekly Update? (Minimum 2 sentences): The mineverse community is very intriguing and I'd love to share the weekly updates of mineverse as it updates everyone on the server to whats going on. I'm also active on forums.

Are you bi or tri lingual?: I'm bilingual, I speak fluent Arabic (1st language) basic French and I can get a grip of Spanish. As well as I learn Latin in school (lol)

Why do you want to do Weekly Update? (Minimum 2 sentences): I'd like to help with Weekly Update because a lot of people on Mineverse want to know what happens on the server and forums. I always used to look forward to the Weekly Updates, so I'd really enjoy helping out with them.

Are you bi or tri lingual?: Sadly I can only speak English. We don't have language classes in Colorado, and there weren't any in California.

How much time can you spend working on the update weekly?: Everyday if needed. I'm usually not very busy.

What is your favorite fish?: Lionfish

I'd like to be an Editor, as I am very good at finding and correcting mistakes. I do it to people wayyyy too much in English, so I'd like somewhere to put all that energy instead of onto my classmates' papers or computer screens.

It'd be a good experience as I'd be able to communicate with other people on Mineverse and I'd also be able to deliver updates to the players, making an enjoyable playtime for all.

I have been playing in-game for 2 years now and very nearly 2 years on forums.

In-game: Once for crashing creative; another for glitch exploitation on Skywars.

Why do you want to do Weekly Update?:

I personally liked that it was a thing, though it wasn't always continued every week. I also believe that it's a good way for players who are both new and possible unaware of what has changed over the past week to be able to click onto one thread and to have that display all of the information/changes, etc that have happened over the past 7 days.

Maybe even possibly get it pinned, and keep it with the same thread, just edit it per week rather than create a new thread each time.

Neither, but I'm fairly experienced within the grammar/spelling department of my language, which is English.

How much time can you spend working on the update weekly?:

I can dedicate a few hours every week when it is needed. I don't often get busy, so it wouldn't be a problem for me to spend more time on it if I needed to.

What is your favorite fish?:

My favourite fish is the "Whitemargin Stargazer" purely because I believe it's actually quite an intelligent fish, though it may not look it. It's main strategy to stay alive is to dig itself into the bottom of the ocean and wait for passing fish to feed on. (Always small fish)

Are you bi or tri lingual?: I do speak some Russian, Indian, and Spanish. But none of them are fully fluent. I am mire fluent with Indian than anything else. (Besides English)
