Mineverse-survival [Duplicate]

I don't have my God rank on survival and it's been like this for 2 years can someone fix this

 

If you email Mineverse Support @ support.mineverse.com you may give them your ign, account name, and transaction id and then which servers you don't have your rank on. They'll give you the rank on the server Survival.

 

What exactly is a transaction id?

 

A Transaction id is what is given when buying anything with Paypal which is what you obviously used to purchase your ungiven rank. This can be found by checking your email, paypal account, debit/credit card history there should be a transaction id for your order go ahead and ask your parents or whoever payed for the rank to do some research and you can get the id.

You're going to hear this a lot, but im trying to help people out.

1. Gather all the proof you have, this could be online receipts, screenshots of the transaction log, a picture of your rank on other servers, what ever it is, get all of it together.
2. Email Cypriot at [email protected] including all your problems, then include all your proof. Then wait patiently, these people are busy people, so expect to wait a while.
