Hey there, In my eyes mineverse has not been progressing to the extent that I should be in the past year at least. What I mean by this is that on all of the servers there are all sorts of bugs, the staff are not handling things properly, mostly because they do not have the authority they need. First of all, I think Head-mods should be able to answer questions on [email protected]. There should be a team of "developers" to be able to fix any bugs or look into any issues that players suggest about problems/glitches in the server. Mineverse has been losing popularity for a while now but it is not too late to turn that around. Staff need higher authority. More staff to fix bugs/glitches. A more efficient way to respond to peoples ban appeals. Hold votes for different things which will influence Mineverse. If you have any more suggestions please comment.
Support. We really need people to handle the emails and things like that. More perms for head-mods and maybe even trusted mods would be nice

Many new mods. How is it losing popularity?The server has around the same amount of people.People who leave come back from time to time.More people are buying ranks too. Skyblock spawners fixed ^ All of this has been made in a month or two.Can't say no progress. Though support on the emails,would make things quicker.And some of the gamemodes need a reset.Survival,prison,opprison,factions...

I have seen people quit because of bug, glitches not being fixed and support emails not being read. ( emails not being read could result in possible chargebacks which is losing money) Skyblock spawners fixed - still. I guess you could say these things.But the bedwars lobby ban was a recent problem,found and fixed within a month.
It will eventually move forward when Towny is released and OP Prison is reset. At least shows they are giving what the players want, which is key when you own a server.
All of this is good, however there are still many more bugs and issues and there has been no effort to correct them. Even so, two 1-2 months for all of this should be the maximum amount of time it should take, ideally it should take less time. That is why staff need higher authority so they can help out with all of this and get it done much faster.
I agree, also OP Factions needs to be reset desperately, factions ideally but not really desperately.
There is nothing official, which basically means that isn't true. Back in October, I heard it was going to be released in November. Back in November I heard it was going to be released in December. So, until it's officially announced, then I guess we will never know.
This is a server of 1.2k people.Bugs will be found.But here's a problem-they're only reported in-game.There should be a bug thread in the forums,where players can report bugs for all the staff to see.@jakelstraya We might need you.
Can't say I agree with what you said about bugs being reported in-game. For example there is the ongoing creeper egg bug in op factions, numerous threads were made but still no progress with that. But yeah, what you said about the bug section is a good Idea, it is linked to what I said originally about a team of Developers being able to take requests and handle bugs.
This server used to have so much more respect and popularity! Now days we only temp ban hackers and so much more. People liked how the old MV ran, not now days. I used to love this server so much. I always think "What happened to the favorite server I loved so much". This place is in desperate need of help.
Support. But the owners have trust issues. Which they are right to have, as I'm sure that if any one of us owned a top minecraft server, we would be hesitate to give out such perms.
