I would recommend adding some spacing between the sections to help the readability. You also appear to have some minor errors in things such "i" instead of "I." While minor, they can detract from the professionalism of the document. Maybe copy and paste your application into something like Microsoft Word and run a spell/grammar check as a quick catch to minor things. You may also wish to add more detail to each of the section. Maybe elaborate on some of your traits that would make you a good Moderator (Honest, Hardworking, Mature, etc). Providing detailed examples of these types of things can make it much easier for people to support your application as they are comfortable with how you have handled tough situations in the past. Would love to see more detail and time spent on the application. Take a look at a few of the other ones posted here for ideas. Not saying you need rainbows and sunshine in it, but some more content and better formatting would go far to help the professionalism of the application.
