Kitpvp Question/Advice.

Hey guys, I have a question that I would appreciate an answer to. I see people bow boosting on kitpvp (The new kitpvp) but my issue isn't them doing it, it's me. My bow is unable to hit myself, even If I shoot it straight up on top of me. This makes it so it is impossible for me to bow boost. I can bow boost perfectly fine on Classic Kitpvp and Archerpvp so I'm uncertain on why It won't let me do so on the new kitpvp. I play on 1.8.8 optifine whenever I'm on mineverse, and I have tried different versions but had no avail. I just would like to know if there's a simple fix to this issue or if any of you guys are experiencing this burden as well. My bow is unable to hit me whatsoever on the new kitpvp.

 

Kitpvp 1 does have that problem, it's a glitch going on, Tell him in support email. @Random

I thought it had to do with clan pvp being enabled/disabled. If the clan pvp is disabled, you can't hurt yourself

 

If you're not in a clan, I cant help you.
If you're in a clan do/clan pvp on ; that should allow you to bow boost
