I know this has been suggested countless times but it is so annoying when you drop valuable items and it just clear lags! I know how much people will agree with me on this. I have lost so much p4 from clear lag and the reason I posted this is because I've been wanting sticks for ages to make gold tools and me and my friend were fishing for sticks for like a long time and then he got a stick and dropped it to me and guess what? It clear lagged. So people, I need you to vote yes on the poll and stop people losing valuable items.
I've suggested this many times, as well as harassed Cyp in attempt to fix this. I don't understand what is going on with it, but it'd be great to have. After suggesting this to him: Here is the reply I eventually got: Patience it is.
Not really a need to. You can do /lag and see the entities. Entities clear between 600-800 I believe. This has saved me a few times. No Support sorry
Well actually, sometimes it clears at 300 and sometimes it clears at 600. Its inaccurate anyway. A warning would be convenient.
Well it clears when it has reached a amount time or entities so get ya fact right. you make me cringe
It would do no harm and would be extremely helpful. I repair for people all the time and I've had a few cases where their armour has despawned and I've had to replace it. It's a nuisance not having a warning, let alone having diamond stuff despawn. Back in the old days, diamond didn't despawn and that changed because of 1.8.
When you kill someone and you're going through the loot, do you do that? :P There is no reason to not add this. It would benefit the server and help out a lot. People shouldn't have to check "/lag" especially when it isn't exactly accurate. It's already being added eventually, Cyp said he just needs to get something from Crew.
