You are a great friend and can be really kind, however you aren't active enough on the forums and on other game modes other than infection and survival, so you aren't very well known throughout the community.

Support, this is a very good and detailed application, and you are improving greatly on activity, both on forums and in-game.
The only thing I would suggest is to be on more game-modes, and not just Infection.
