Hey Guys! D8 here with quick suggestion for a new Staff Rank. JR Mod: So, It's like being a mod like back then before global, you choose 1 game mode then Global Mods will mentor/tutor you through those game modes. The purpose of this is when a Mod isn't online the server and someone is hacking or breaking any rule you are there. Although this is not how each person starts off if they get Mod this is optional example [Aus] _DeltaWolf_ [Global] or [Aus] _D8_C41_Gaming_ [JR Mod] Admin: This Rank is only for the extreme trusted. So Admins are oped and do the things some mods can't do although they are still Moderating at the same time.
Support, but a Jr. Mod should just pick one gamemode, and it could be a test to see if they're really ready to moderate all servers.
I like the idea, but back then Admins was a rank you could buy on Mineverse. There might have been a issue that was occurring that time due to Cypriot, and so he had removed Admin.

Nah, I've always liked how Mineverse does it. The only person that needs Admin is (half-way) there. Moderators don't have much power anyways, so I don't think it would really change anything.
No you don't. Even head-mods don't have more power, they just have more authority. No one is going to have more power than moderators, except Pile.
I don't think it's necessary because Head-Mods; it is just a tag and has no other point in it; however they do get spammed alot more because of the higher authority. JR-Admin and Mod would just be the same thing; but just a different level of authority. From my understanding; noone will become admin on here due to what happened to the last admin and JR Mod, may be implemented but I doubt it needs to be. Just an opinion. I do not support.
Support for Jr mod but I'm kinda neutral on the admins. A junior mod would be great for MV because not only could there be more moderators quicker but there is a legitimate way to test if someone would be a good moderator. A lot of stuff can be said in the applications but it doesnt really mean much unless they can prove that they would be a good moderator.
Pizza we need a change, there are barely any mods and having Jr Mods would be a great addition, think about what you're saying. Having Jr Mods means that there will be more moderators active on specific servers, we need this.
