    Sometimes, the random small shoutouts are the most inspiring and motivating ones. It means a lot that people would support above and beyond my application. CypriotMerks is more than kind and i'm sure if he sees potential and determination he'll finalize a decision, until then, be patient and don't give up.

    Cypriot only promotes people who actually mean well.
    Yes, that can be anyone.
    Spamming their names for admin/giving them supports means nothing. A moderator on .net got moderator with 6 supports, he had a good application and he meant well. Simple.
