Introduction:
Hey guys, This is something new. Well, let me introduce myself as an (ABC) Australian born Chinese. My name is Jason. Currently, 14 turning 15 years old next year. I live in Australia. (by far the most peaceful country in the world). In my life, I play soccer and basketball. I also play the piano, currently in grade 7. Also, I am in a cadet unit (Army based things like marching). Currently in the unit
Foxtrot Company, 22 Platoon, 7 Section. Doing many activities I think I have the ability to become a moderator at Mineverse.

Oh yeah, Just added this in, my main gamemode is Prison. So don't judge me if I am inactive. Although I also play KitPvP and occasionally OpPvP

Why do you think you should become a mod?

Commitment
I am willing to take full commitment to become a moderator because I can be helpful and I think this may be a fun job for me as a student. I will stay committed for a long period of time which is a good thing for Mineverse.

Ability to identify hacks
I can identify hacks because I have done many reports on hackers who can be blatant or hard to catch.

Adapt
I can quickly adapt to new challenges and can also quickly adapt to the new moderating environment.
Adapting is very important because usually many people need people who are competent to do things promptly.
This is something that I am good at.

Responsibility
I am able to take full responsibility not only in Mineverse community but out there in the global community.
Responsibility is a very important trait and I have the ability to take every responsibility to become a mod.

Fair
I want the Mineverse community to be fair and try to ban or mute people who are disrespecting our rules.
This also applies to hackers who try to make the game unfair for others.
Making Mineverse fair is something I want to accomplish for everyone.

Helpful
I can be helpful when people message me in-game.
I can help them to the best of my ability and until they are satisfied.

I haven't been banned in the past but I have been warned for profanity which I agree is wrong and I have change my ways.

No, but this can be a new experience for me.

- Not well-known (It's good for people to know who the future Mods are before they are promoted, so we're more comfortable with the promotions, I guess)
- Not active on forums, unlike what your tag says "Active Member" (I don't think you're that active on forums)
- Not as active on various gamemodes in-game
- Reduce font size for normal text, makes your app look longer than it actually is
- Do some more reports

Just a question, since you know how to speak Cantonese, are you able to speak fluent Mandarin (中文)? Just a random question, since I'm also Chinese ;)

 

Usually people in Hong Kong normally speak and learn Cantonese and mandarin fluently. I was just brought up only speaking cantonese. :/

 

Oh I see. Mandarin is quite similar to Cantonese though ;)

As your tag says active member I don't believe I have ever come across you on the forums, nor, have I seen you in game. But you do fit the requirements, but your mod app could use more detail (color.).

Also, a huge part of a moderators job is reports and being able to keep up with everything, considering how little you'll be on, and not reporting. I don't think you're ready for this kind of responsibility, along with everything else you do. Gl! ❤️

Well, it depends on how they act on the forums or ingame. I am just using the no mod experience to help sum up if I think I should support them. If they are ingame and on the forums and they're good mod material, then I won't look at it by experience. But I have to go by that as I've never seen him ingame and barely on the forums.
