It's not kill aura.

Kill aura will lock the closely entity. Towards the end of the video, around 11 seconds you watch the user run passed someone (User behind iron bars) without locking.

As I already stated. Kill-Aura will automatically target a user. Said "hacker" ran passed someone on the bridge thing, without locking and then hit the person on the bridge, jumped down and tried to hit the person behind the bars, realised they couldn't so went for someone else.

I'm not at all saying this user doesn't hack, I'm just saying this video isn't valid evidence.

 

Just let me upload more evidence really quick since you are blind.
