Is this bannable?

Broken_Soldier told Ordinateur7 to die in a [edit] covered hell, she only got a warning. So if i tell someone to die in a [edit] covered hell am i just gonna get a warning only too?

 

death wishes are bannable, you could report that if it's exactly what she said

I mean, I've seen a few different and random phrases that are valid in terms of being "Death Threats/Encouragement". This specific one, purely based on your quote (Though, missing quotation symbols) would pass as valid.

What was said would most definitely result in a 31 day ban. Though the evidence used in the report is now over 2 weeks old, and is no longer considered valid evidence.

Nothing can be done about it now, but if this was brought up earlier the punishment would have been changed to the appropriate severity.

 

What you said at the beginning was not the phrase that was reported. The phrase that was reported was not a death wish or threat. Rude, yes and possibly worth a mute more so than a warn but not a ban. What you said up top would be considered a death wish and would be punishable for a month.

Report the person again and say this is unacceptable.. I got banned for telling someone to drink bleach. Which is less of a death threat (hence the word death)
Just report again and say it's the same report see what they say

 

Depends on how you say it in game or in real life, in game is nothing in real life its a ban
