Internal Error

So my sister: Kyrophobia, she is a Titan rank on mineverse, we wanna play some skyblock but my sister cant typ any /is or /sb command, when she do /is or any /is command, it says (An Internal Error Occurred) Can a Owner please fix it

When Ever "Kyrophobia' Type /is or /sb commands, they just said "an internal error has occurred while performing this command"

 

It should take only 1-3 days for Mineverse to respond ;)

 

The guy who replied just said "Skyblock is having issues, apologies.", I am angry about this..... Is he fixing, or apology?

 

Both. He is apologizing about skyblock not working, but he is working on it.

 

Well, "Kyrophobia" can't play skyblock now since she can't create/join any island
She is a Titan, she wished to play skyblock, she is so upset now, she is my sister, I wished to help her

Understand that this is not just happening to her, this is an issue for many other people too and they are working on fixing it. You just have to be patient

An internal error usually means that the server is down/not available.

 

I am Zyrophobia, my sister is Kyrophobia, I am working fine,but she doesn't
