Infection Glitch

I have found a glitch in the game, and I am sure many other users have too. (reply anything I don't cover if this has happend to you). So, the ranks and levels of some players (including myself) have been reset. One minute I was Prestige 2 Level 77 and the next minute it resets my to Prestige 0 and Level 0, Rct. I would really hope there would be a way to get my ranks back, and to get everyone's ranks back. If you could help please tell me!

You can get your levels back as long as you take a screenshot of the levels and follow the form that Pile created to retrieve your levels.

Also, I think you've to be online the same time as Nanurz for him to refund you back the levels. You can find more information about the exact timing in his thread.
