I can't upgrade!

Okay so I purchased VIP, now I'm trying to upgrade to MVP but it says "you're not allowed to purchase this item". I need assistance ASAP, I really want to upgrade already.

1. My exact in game name is: lovecake15
2. My purchased rank is: VIP
3. My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: I'm trying to upgrade fron VIP to MVP but it won't let me.

I can't help here right now, beacuse I am not the developer... I'll tag somebody, who hopefully knows how to fix it.. Otherwise write an e-mail to [email protected] with the exact evidence.

The best would be, if we could see that you lost your rank. That's important too.

 

He never said he lost his rank.

 

Happens to people. Its usually because they haven't probably paid for their last rank etc. Or its their card. Only person who can help you is @CypriotMerks

 

Basically Cypriot has to add you to VIP on buycraft, so you are able to upgrade. Seeing as a moderator already tagged him, best of luck
