Hey, Mind Reading This?

Hey guys, Its XxMR_NiCESPiCExX here and I just want to talk about something real quick. I have applied for Moderator 3 times now. Now I realize this takes time to break down and process the application, etc. But I see some people that Apply for Mod and get it within 48 hours, I mean honestly, that's ridiculous. Not saying your picking the wrong people, its just that I have put a lot of work into My applications and I am never chosen. I would be a great Mod and I'm just hoping the right person see's my application so I can prove it. I have caught/got banned about 26 hackers from Mineverse and I'm very dedicated towards the server. I just feel that I put all this work into everything I do while one person doesn't and gets the job in a snap. I mean, is there something wrong with my application or is it I'm not trustworthy to hold this title, etc. Please be honest if you are going to comment because that's what I need to make My app better. I will leave the link in this thread. I'm not saying to support me, but at least give me a chance to show you what I am capable of.

It's not about how long they've been on the server or what they did on their Mod Apps. It's who they are and what they can provide. All of the Mods that Cyp chooses are chosen carefully. He knows what he is doing, trust me.

 

@Grayson I understand this however I'm just starting to become impatient and I feel like there's a reason towards all this. I mean I think I meet the requirements. I'm on everyday, I'm loyal, everyone gets along with me, I'm dedicated, I've been on for a long while, and I have a lot to show and prove, but It seems like I'm not going to be able to show what I can do.

 

@davisabog Um, I only put my reporting channel so I could prove the hackers I have caught and the other one is just my mod application.. .-.

 

Took someguy 3 weeks to get mod
Took mpg 4 months
Took spitfire 7 and a half months.
It just depends on when he decides the time is right.
Our mods are carefully picked. Not just some random person can apply and become mod.

 

Took me 7 to 8 months, had to work up from guard. Nothing's instant- I had about 4 moderator apps and a guard app.

No, I had them one after another when they were locked for inactivity. I wasn't the most popular girl ever xD

 

Hmm so if you're app is like 4 months old can you make another one with the same exact thing?

 

Unless it is active. She didn't have any posts for a long time.

 

Mine is not active.Coz probably if I bumped it it would be grave digging.
So can I make the same app with the same words?

 

Maybe spice it up as the same words haven't worked this far, request a close on the old one, you cab grave dig for a lock and archive request.

 

Mine has been up for a while now, u just have to be patient dude i know how it feels ,stay strong and don't be going advertising or spamming, you'll get there in the end ;)

Let's talk about this Kenny, everything you've said is all wrong. No moderator or guard has ever been picked to be a moderator in 48 hours. Ever. The shortest time, was @SomeGuy and that's only because, he took so long to make one but then again it took him 3 weeks. You have created 3 applications which is AGAINST the rules buddy. This better not be a confidential way to make a application because I can see between the lines. It's known as advertising. But then again, why should he (cyp) pick you? There's plenty other people that are in a h
better position to be a mod than you. What makes you special?

What do you mean he picks the wrong people? People who become mods work their buts off to earn that position. Allmost all of them are well known members. Where are you?

 

Honestly, Guy was wanted since he first joined. We all wanted him as mod. That's why when he made an app he got it.

 

I made my application in January, 3 months later in March I was promoted. I never complained or got impatient.

It's a waiting game.

 

Well, making multiple applications won't ruin your chances, but it will hurt them.
