Hello!
So, I was thinking of a new staff rank. This rank isn't a rank which you would have perms to stuff like /ban or /mute but all it is, is a rank which the person who is a helper helps people. So if someone has a question you just ask a helper. The rank in chat would look like this,

and in chat it would just be the standard &3 so people now who is a helper, if you're wandering what the &3 looks like, it's like this,

It would be the only staff rank that has it's own colour in tab since it would help people to know if there is a helper online.

Application Format
How old are you?
What timezone are you in?
What country do you live in?
How long can you be active on the server daily?
Have you been a helper before?
Why should you become a helper?

The above will only be added if Cypriot accept's this so please do not make a helper application at the current time.

Helper Perks
Helpers will not have any perks of a moderator, only their own donation ranks perks. This rank is a rank for helping people in the community, not to be abused.
Where would you apply?
You would be able to apply for helper on a section called ' Helper Applications ' and it would be located under ' Moderator Applications '.

How will you apply?
The exact same way you can apply for mod just with the template above.

Forums perks
As a helper you'd have your own [Helper] banner, and a dark blue name. Your main priority would be to answer help questions and after answered you may lock/archive the help thread. You may also lock or archive the help threads on request but that would be the only forum which you have that power (You may also do this in Donator Issue's though).

No support. What's the point of giving someone /fly and /god if they can't do anything? This would just be abused.

 

I removed the perks, I think that you probably don't need these perks, Helper would be a rank to help, not for people to be abusing.

Support! On my old server that is now retired, Lucky Kingdom, we had this and it was a huge success. We also had a Help Only chat channel that was green so it was easy for helpers to spot among the spam of people chatting.

Helper ranks should be like Trial-Mods, IMO.

 

You can help them as a normal person too... I don't get what it's point is. All you will get is coloured chat, people think you will be a powerful person, but actually you are a regular player with another title.

Trial-mods is a better suggestion than Helpers.

That is a bit different that the suggested Trial-Mods. 2 two week trial is mainly just in place to see if they are completely aware of the rules and the server itself. With a few extra questions added in.
