    well the other day a guy that lived in my village in (survival) and was threatening to get griefers to grief it. so we kick him out of the village and then he was abusing me and my friend so we reported him and he got banned. but he still has his private chests there is there anyway we can remove them ?

    No, unfortunately not. The only possible way is if he is unbanned and removes the chest for you.
