Get a better Internet provider.

 

^^ or a better router, but honestly I doubt your parents want to dump money into a better internet experience so you can have a better ping . One good way to improve is get optifine and some other rendering mods and set your optifine settings to multicore it will help inprove gameplay as it forces minecraft to communicate better with teh server.

 

Try a program called what the fast. I personally don't use it because I get decent ping,
But I hear it works pretty nicely.

 

Maybe buy a better router or get a better internet provider.

I live in the Uk and we got the best one that we can.

just don't ever try it your most likely downloading viruses.. Its not worth it.
